Shipping Policy

All orders ship with care from our little workshop in Alberta, Canada. Each piece is packed by hand and double-checked before heading out the door.

Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may need a bit more time. Current turnaround times are always listed in the product details or at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We usually ship through Canada Post, with tracking available on most packages. Smaller items may go out through Chit Chats, Purolator, or UPS to keep things quick and affordable.

Postal Disruptions

If there’s ever a postal disruption, don’t worry. Alternative methods will be used whenever possible to keep your order moving. This could mean switching couriers or adjusting delivery routes. We’ll always keep you in the loop if your order is affected.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships:

• Canada: 3 to 10 business days

• USA: 5 to 15 business days

• International: 10 to 25 business days

These are estimates and can vary based on customs, weather, or other unexpected adventures your parcel might take along the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems to be taking a scenic detour, please reach out and we’ll help track it down. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we can’t be held responsible for missing parcels, but we’ll do what we can to help.

Customs and Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges added by their country’s postal service.
