Welcome to Knechtel 3D Prints! We're a small Canadian studio making adorable, functional, and fully customizable 3D printed products with care, colour, and a touch of joyful chaos. By using this website, placing an order, or browsing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If anything here feels unclear, please reach out with the form below. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you are agreeing to follow these terms. We may update this page occasionally, so feel free to check back anytime. Continued use of the site means you accept the most current version.
2. Custom Orders
We love custom work. If you’re ordering something personalized, please double-check your spelling, colour choices, and instructions before checking out. Custom orders are final sale unless we’ve made an error on our end.
Need a bulk order or a custom idea? Email us we’re open to fun, weird, or wonderfully specific requests.
3. Safety Notice
Most of our products contain small parts and are not intended for children under 6. These are adult-friendly fidgets, collectibles, and accessories not chew toys or toddler-safe items. Please use responsibly and keep out of reach of little ones and curious pets.
4. Care Instructions
To keep your items looking their best:
• Clean gently with mild soap and water
• Do not place in dishwashers, microwaves, or hot tubs
• Avoid long-term sun exposure to prevent warping or fading
5. Shipping
All orders ship from Alberta, Canada. We typically process and ship within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking will be provided when available. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or interdimensional rifts. If something goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade and customizable nature of our products, all sales are final. That said, we care deeply about customer happiness. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll review the situation and offer a solution.
7. Licensing and Originality
We only use original designs or licensed commercial files from creators we trust. We do not permit the reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our products or designs without written consent.
Digital files (if offered) are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
8. No Warranties
All products are sold as-is. We do not offer warranties, express or implied. But we do stand by our work and want you to be happy. If something goes sideways, we’re here to help.
9. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using our products, you agree to use them as intended. Knechtel 3D Prints is not responsible for any injury, damage, or disappointment caused by misuse, modification, or unreasonable expectations. Please don’t use our fidget toys as hammers or expect them to solve existential crises.
